| To
adjust the ring smaller, hold the ring upside down, bracing the name
against the thumbs. Using the fingernails of the forefingers, slide
the knots down and around towards the name. Remember that it is in
a circular motion, versus straight down toward the thumbs (which could
squash the ring out of round). |

and forefinger. Using the fingernails of the other hand, slide the knots
around and together toward the bottom of the ring. Remember that
